Reward Credits are earned for all bookings on your member account. Credits will post to the members account once the reservation has been completed. Members have the ability to use points or a credit card to pay for future bookings.

TripValet offers a generous 7 day trial for you to check out the membership absolutely FREE! The membership will bill on the 7th day to the credit card on file. If you wish to cancel, you will need to login to your member profile and choose My Subscription to completely cancel your membership. If your card is charged, we do not offer refunds. Due to the digital nature of our membership all sales are final on the 7th day.

If your card is charged after your trial period is over or if you forgot to cancel, we apologize but our policy is that we do not offer any refunds. Due to the digital nature of our membership all sales are final. If you wish to go ahead and cancel the membership for the following year, you will need to send us a support ticket and we will make sure that your card is not charged going forward.

Yes! We love it when our members share it with others and we will generously pay you to do it! Upon your enrollment, you’ll be invited to sign up as an Affiliate, however, If you don’t do it initially, no biggie! Send us a quick email to support@tripvalet.com and we will share an invite for you to sign up. Once you get enrolled, you will receive your Affiliate links and you can get your account set up. Affiliates need to be able to receive payouts from PayPal and accept commissions in USD. Affiliates that make over $600 annually will be subject to a 1099.

Honestly, the earning potential could be substantial, but of course it’s all up to you in how you market the membership to others. We operate on a simple 2-Tier compensation payout. When you share the membership with someone and they sign up using your Affiliate link, we will pay you 40% of the sale. If your friend refers someone to TripValet, then your friend makes the 40% commission and you make a 10% override. That’s it! Super simple – just the way we like it. All of the commissions are tracked in an Affiliate dashboard for easy reporting and payout.
